Processing

First, dry the puffball mushroom over low heat; burn the black plum to ash while preserving its properties; grind the frankincense to an extremely fine, soundless powder. Then, grind all the above herbs together into a fine powder, mix thoroughly, and store in a bottle for future use.

Cracked Nipples. The nipples are cracked or the areola is split, causing pain like being pierced by a needle; touching them causes bleeding or the discharge of yellow mucus, and the pain and itching are particularly unbearable during breastfeeding.

Instructions for Use

To use, first clean the affected area with saline solution, then apply the powder to the affected area using a sterilized cotton ball, 1–2 times daily, using approximately 1 g of the powder each time. Nursing mothers may increase the frequency to 3 times daily; before each feeding, wash the nipple with saline solution to prevent the infant from ingesting the powder.
