Drug Formulation
Cinnabar (translucent) 1 qian, 14 apricot kernels (peeled, tips removed, and stir-fried until golden), and half a qian of high-quality rouge (i.e., carmine).

Grind the ingredients into a fine powder, then mix with soft rice to form pills the size of a millet seed.
