Chinese Name : 神水万应膏
Drug Formulation
3 fen of musk, 5 fen of borneol, 3 qian of bright realgar, 2 qian of frankincense, 2 qian of myrrh, 2 qian of dragon’s blood, 1 qian of bean cinnabar (i.e., high-quality cinnabar), 3 qian of raw rhubarb, and 3 qian of aged lime (the older, the better; if not aged, it may cause pain upon application).

Processing
Grind the ingredients into a fine powder. First, place 8 liang of yellow gelatin in a bowl and melt it over a water bath. Mix the powdered ingredients into the melted gelatin until well blended. Use a new brush to apply the ointment onto alum-treated paper, allow it to dry, and store it.

Instructions for Use
Cut the plaster to fit the size and shape of the wound. Before application, briefly soak it in hot water to soften it, then apply. There is no need to replace it after application; once the injury heals, the plaster will fall off on its own, leaving no scar.
