Chinese Name : 灵霜丸

Drug Formulation

Half a liang of arsenic trioxide, half a liang of mung beans, 1 liang of Sichuan rhubarb, and 1 fen of musk.

Processing

Grind the ingredients into a fine powder, mix thoroughly, and knead with refined honey to form pills the size of a paulownia seed.

Benefits

For intermittent malaria with severe thirst and fluctuating chills and fever.

Instructions for Use

Leave it out overnight. At dawn on the day of the attack, take one pill with cold water; take another pill just before the attack begins.

Note

Avoid hot foods.
