Drug Formulation

Pearl, Amber, Cinnabar, Gold Leaf, Silver Leaf, Genuine Jade Powder, Coral Powder, and Rhino Horn Powder—all in equal parts (finely ground); Agarwood, Wood Fragrance, Clove, Frankincense, Sandalwood, Ginseng, Poria, Atractylodes,Peony Root, Cardamom, Osmanthus Flower, Chinese Angelica Root, Sichuan Lovage, White Angelica Root, Licorice (raw), and White Cardamom—each in equal parts (5 aromatic ingredients and 11 medicinal herbs; use as desired; grind into a fine powder); early-harvested indica rice, late-harvested japonica rice (roasted), high-quality glutinous rice, sorghum, and wheat flour (5 high-quality grains; use as desired; roast until cooked, then grind into a powder).

Processing

Take a white horse and a male deer, slaughter them for their meat, and carefully remove all the bones from the entire bodies of the deer and horse.pound them to a pulp, and simmer to extract the marrow, collecting it. Once all the bones have been removed, simmer everything together in a large pot; remove the bones, and transfer the marrow broth to a sand pot or silver vessel for further simmering. Simmer the deer and horse loin and shank meat separately in another pot until completely tender, then combine them with the marrow broth and pound into a paste.First, mix the aforementioned precious aromatic herbal powder with a freely chosen grain—roasted and ground into powder—using all the meat broth to ensure thorough blending until dry. Then, use a small amount of fine wine to bind the mixture into pills the size of marbles.

Instructions for Use

Chew them thoroughly at any time, swallowing them with salted wine, salted broth, or rice water; the pills should be coated with musk.
