Processing
Form into pills the size of a paulownia seed using pig’s heart blood, coat with cinnabar, and dry in the sun.

Instructions for Use
Take 1 pill at a time, chew it to a pulp, and swallow it with cold wine; if labor does not progress after a considerable time, take another dose. Alternatively, decoct 7 lotus leaf stalks in water, dissolve 2 pills in the decoction, and drink it; if labor does not progress after a considerable time, take another dose.If the amniotic fluid has dried up first, preventing the fetus from descending, immediately take a large dose of Si Wu Decoction to nourish the blood and qi; simultaneously, steam a strong decoction of scallions and use the steam to fumigate and wash the birth canal, then apply oil from a candle to the interior of the birth canal before taking the previous medication; if the fetus is stillborn and fails to pass, take 5 qian of Pu Xiao mixed with boiling water, or take one dose of Ping Wei Powder to facilitate passage; if the placenta has not been expelled, take one pill with a mixture of wine and water, and it will be expelled immediately;If the birth canal does not dilate, take two pills with the Enhanced Chuanxiong-Danggui Decoction.
