Formulas Name : Modified Bai Tou Weng Decoction
Chinese Name : 通变白头翁汤
Drug Formulation
1 liang of raw Chinese yam, 4 qian of white headwort, 3 qian of qinpi, 3 qian of raw Chinese knotweed, 4 qian of raw Hangzhou peony root, 2 qian of licorice, 3 qian of dried notoginseng (finely ground), and 60 duck eggs (shells removed; select only the fully developed ones).

Benefits

Instructions for Use
First, take half of the herbs—including Panax notoginseng and duck eggs—with white cane sugar water. After one and a half hours, decoct the remaining herbs and drink the decoction. The remaining half should be taken in the same manner during the second decoction.
