Drug Formulation

Selected ginseng (root tip removed) 2 liang, tender deer antler (roasted with butter) 2 liang, Cistanche (washed with wine) 3 liang, goji berries (washed with wine) 2 liang, Chinese bayberry (steamed with wine, pitted and pulp retained) 2 liang, Huai yam 2 liang, Liaoning schisandra berries 2 liang, Acorus tatarinowii (hairs removed) 2 liang,tender Astragalus (stir-fried with honey) 2 liang, Sichuan Morinda (soaked in water, core removed) 2 liang, Sichuan Phellodendron (stir-fried with wine) 2 liang, Anemarrhena (hairs removed) 2 liang, Cypress Seed Kernels 2 liang, Huai Prepared Rehmannia (steamed with wine) 2 liang, Dodder Seed (steamed with wine, pounded into cakes, sun-dried) 2 liang,Asparagus Root (core removed) 2 liang, Angelica Root (washed with wine) 2 liang, Ophiopogon Tuber (core removed) 2 liang, Polygala Root (soaked in licorice water, core removed) 2 liang,Fennel Seed (stir-fried with salt and wine) 2 liang, Poria Sclerotium (peeled and woody parts removed) 2 liang, Huai Raw Rehmannia (washed with wine) 2 liang, Sichuan Eucommia (peeled, stir-fried with wine) 2 liang, Sichuan Achyranthes (root base removed, washed with wine) 2 liang.
