5 qian of raw Angelica root (Dang Gui Shen), 5 qian of raw Rehmannia root (Sheng Di Huang), 3 qian of raw White Peony root (Sheng Bai Shao), 3 pitted black plum (Wu Mei) (pits removed), 3 qian of Anemarrhena rhizome (Zhi Mu), and 3 qian of Huai Achyranthes root (Hua Niu Xi).
