Chinese Name : 葱头薏苡仁粥
Drug Formulation
1 handful of scallion whites, 3 he of fermented soybeans, half a sheng of burdock root (sliced, washed, and with coarse skin removed), 1 handful of peppermint, and 2 he of coix seeds.

Instructions for Use
Add 5 large bowls of water to the ingredients listed above—scallion whites, burdock root, mint, and fermented soybeans—and simmer until reduced to 2½ bowls. Strain out the solids, add the coix seeds, and cook into porridge. Consume on an empty stomach.
