Drug Formulation
12g of Huangdan, 12g of dried alum, 12g of alum, 15g of gallnut, 15g of Stemona root, 6g of realgar, 6g of Angelica dahurica, 6g of white fresh bark, 6g of sulfur, 3g of cinnabar, 3g of mercury chloride, 9g of Cnidium monnieri, 9g of white Aconite, 9g of white Impatiens flower, 1500ml of aged rice vinegar.

Processing
Grind each ingredient into a fine powder separately. Bring the aged rice vinegar to a boil in an iron pot, then add the orpiment and stir well with chopsticks. Next, add the finely ground powders of gallnut, stemona, Cnidium monnieri, processed Aconite root, Angelica dahurica, white fresh bark, and white impatiens, and stir until uniform. Then, slowly add the remaining six powdered ingredients, including the dried alum, and stir until well blended. Remove from heat immediately.

Instructions for Use
Before use, select one of the following—Western cedar wood, cedar leaves, pine wood chips, or pine needles—and burn it over a fire to produce smoke. Hold your palms over the smoke to fumigate them. Then, take 10–20 milliliters of the medicinal solution to rub or soak your hands (save the remaining solution for future use). Do not rinse with water after soaking. Repeat three times daily.
