Drug Formulation

1 qian of Pen Xiao, 1 qian of Ma Ya Xiao, 1 qian of Tian Xiao, 1 qian of lead white frost, 1 qian of cinnabar, 1 qian of Xusui seeds, 1 qian of Qing Dai, 1 qian of white alum (burned until all liquid is gone), 1 qian of ni powder, 1 zi of borneol, 1 zi of musk.

Processing

Grind the ingredients into a fine powder and form into pills using glutinous rice.

Instructions for Use

Take 1 pill per dose; for children 3 years and older, the pill should be the size of a chicken’s head; for those under 2 years old, the size of a paulownia seed; and for infants 2–3 months old, the size of a small bean. Dissolve each dose in tea broth before taking.
