2 liang of aged Chinese cornel, 1 liang of black pepper, and 1 liang of clam powder (roasted until red).

Processing
Grind the ingredients into a fine powder; mix with vinegar paste to form pills the size of a Paulownia seed.

Instructions for Use
Take 20 pills per dose, washed down with warm wine or salted water, as needed during an attack. In severe cases, relief is achieved within 2–3 doses.
