Drug Formulation
Perilla leaves 4 liang, winter flower stamens 4 liang, Aster tataricus root 4 liang, apricot kernels (ground, pressed through paper to remove oil, then pounded into a paste) 4 liang, black plum pulp (washed, steamed, and pounded) 4 liang,Millet husks (moistened, inner husks removed) 4 liang, Ephedra (roots removed) 2 liang, Dried tangerine peel 2 liang, Mulberry bark (stir-fried with honey) 2 liang, Anemarrhena rhizome 2 liang, Licorice root 2 liang, Cassia bark 1 liang.

Processing
Grind the above ingredients into a fine powder, mix with the plum pulp, sun-dry thoroughly, grind again, and combine with apricot honey to form pills the size of a longan.
