Aloe vera 5 qian, Coptis chinensis 5 qian, Gentiana root 5 qian, Atractylodes macrocephala 5 qian, Poria cocos 5 qian, Lycium barbarum bark 4 qian, Bupleurum chinense 4 qian, Barley malt 4 qian, Radish seeds 4 qian, Shenqu 4 qian, Evodia fruit 4 qian, Fructus Aurantii 3 qian, Nye-ming-sha 3 qian, Green tangerine peel 3 qian, Coptis chinensis (Chuanlian) 3 qian, Ginseng 3 qian,Hawthorn 3 qian, Wild Fennel 3 qian, Areca Nut 3 qian, Wood Fragrance 2 qian, Cardamom 2 qian, Sanleng 2 qian, Curcuma 2 qian (stir-fried with the flesh of Croton tiglium; discard the Croton tiglium).

Grind the above ingredients into a fine powder; mix with steamed buns soaked in hot water to form pills the size of mung beans, and coat them with Qingdai.
