Formulas Name : Pork and Poria Soup
Chinese Name : 猪肉茯苓汤
Drug Formulation
2 qian of Achyranthes root, 2 qian of clam powder, 2 qian of Angelica root, 2 qian of Xanthium fruit, 2 qian of soapberry thorns, 2 qian of safflower, 2 qian of honeysuckle,2 qian of Tianhuafen, 2 qian of licorice, 20 slices of pangolin scale (roasted and ground into powder), 21 cicada molts, 4 liang of Tu Fuling (washed with water and pounded into pieces), rhubarb (use 1 liang for constipation, 5 qian for normal bowel movements, omit if bowel movements are already regular), and 4 liang of lean pork.

Instructions for Use
Take the above ingredients and simmer them in 3 large bowls of raw white wine until reduced to 1.5 bowls; take this on an empty stomach with a small amount of pork. After 3–4 bowel movements, replenish with congee.
