Processing

Remove the fatty membrane, wash thoroughly, and place in a new container with 2 bowls of a child’s urine and 1 bowl of ash-free wine. Seal the mouth of the container tightly with mud. At sunrise, simmer over low heat until fully cooked; stop heating at midnight, then reheat at the fifth watch.
