Drug Formulation
He Shou Wu (there are two varieties, red and white; take equal amounts of each, scrape clean with a bamboo knife—avoid using iron), Achyranthes root (remove the root stalk; use half the amount of He Shou Wu), 1 dou of large black beans (soak in water; use a large willow steamer with a flat-bottomed sieve; first spread a layer of black beans, then a layer of He Shou Wu, followed by a layer of Achyranthes root, and finally another layer of black beans.Arrange as described above in a pot, steam over low heat, and pour wine over it; steam until the beans are soft, remove and sun-dry, discarding the beans), red and white Poria (first remove the skin, grind each separately, remove the fibrous membranes, mix each with cow’s milk and steam, then remove and sun-dry; weigh 4 liang of He Shou Wu, 2 liang of Poria, and 2 liang of Achyranthes).

Grind the ingredients into a fine powder, mix with refined honey to form pills the size of a paulownia seed.
Instructions for Use
Take 50 pills per dose on an empty stomach before meals, washed down with wine.
Note
Avoid consuming pork or mutton blood.
