Drug Formulation
1 liang of Prunus mume seeds (soaked in hot water, peeled and de-seeded, lightly roasted), 1 liang of white mulberry root bark (chopped), and 1 he of millet.

Grind the above ingredients into a powder.

Instructions for Use
Take half a liang per dose; boil with 1 large bowl of water until reduced to 7-tenths of the original volume; strain out the residue; add the millet to make porridge; add a small amount of ginger juice; consume as desired.
