Drug Formulation

7 lotus leaf stalks, 3 fen of Sufang wood (chopped), half liang of Achyranthes root (sliced, dried, and with stems removed), half liang of peony root, and half liang of Corydalis root.

Grind the ingredients into a coarse powder.

Instructions for Use

Take 3 qian per dose, combined with 1 zhan of water and wine; decoct until reduced to 6 fen, strain, and take while warm. If the fainting is severe and the patient remains unconscious, first beat 1 raw egg white until smooth, pour it into the mouth to restore consciousness, and then administer this decoction.
