2 jin of White Atractylodes, 2 jin of Chinese Yam, 2 jin of Euryale Seed, half a jin of Coix Seed, 4 liang of Cinnamon Bark, and 1 liang of Amomum.

Grind each of the above herbs into a fine powder and mix with refined honey to form pills.
