Drug Formulation
5 he of red adzuki beans, 3 liang of white mulberry root bark (chopped), 2 liang of white atractylodes, and 1 carp (weighing 3 jin; clean and rinse as usual).

For abdominal distension and swelling around the navel caused by water retention, accompanied by lower back pain so severe that the patient cannot move.
Instructions for Use
Boil all ingredients together in 1 dou of water. When the fish is cooked, remove it and eat as much as desired; the beans should also be eaten without salt. Add the white parts of scallions, ginger, and tangerine peel to the broth, along with a little vinegar, mix well, and serve as a soup.
Note
Avoid sexual intercourse for 49 days.
