Decoct the above ingredients together until the mixture resembles thin flour paste; shape into pills and store in a porcelain container.

Instructions for Use

When administering the medicine, weigh 1 liang, divide it into small pieces; men should chew them gently while warm and swallow, while women should swallow them with black vinegar juice. Within 2–3 shichen, the accumulation will be expelled, indicating effectiveness; afterward, consume white rice porridge to replenish the body.

Note

Avoid raw, hard, and cold foods.
