Drug Formulation

Half a jin of Schisandra berries, 2 liang of Stemona (soaked overnight in wine, then roasted), 2 liang of Cuscuta (soaked overnight in wine, then roasted), 2 liang of Cistanche (soaked overnight in wine), 2 liang of Eucommia (roasted), 2 liang of Morinda (with the core removed), 2 liang of Polygala (with the core removed),Xianrenzhang (i.e., Goji berries) 2 liang, Fangfeng (without forked branches) 2 liang, White Poria 2 liang, Siyi (i.e., Cnidium monnieri, stir-fried) 2 liang, Bi Zi Ren (ground separately) 2 liang, Dried Dioscorea 2 liang.

Processing

Grind the above ingredients into a fine powder; mix with a honey-simmered flour paste to form pills the size of a Paulownia seed.

Instructions for Use

Take 20 to 30 pills per dose, washed down with warm wine before meals; if wine is not consumed, take with salted water; in spring, take with dried jujube decoction.
