3 liang of Cistanche deserticola (soaked in wine overnight, then baked), 3 liang of Achyranthes bidentata (soaked in wine overnight, then baked), 3 liang of Gastrodia elata, and 3 liang of rock salt (finely ground).

Processing

Except for the salt, pound the above herbs into a fine powder, mix evenly with the salt, take 1 wood apple (remove the core, steam until soft, and peel), place it in a mortar with the four herbal ingredients, and pound together into pills the size of a paulownia seed; if necessary, add a small amount of wine to the mixture.

Instructions for Use

Take 50 pills each time, on an empty stomach or before bedtime, swallowing them with warm wine.
