Drug Formulation
Euphorbia 5 fen (crushed, roasted until the color changes), Datura flower 4 fen (roasted), Apricot kernel 1 fen, Croton seed 100 pieces (peeled and pitted, roasted).

Processing
Grind the above ingredients into a fine powder; form into pills the size of a small bean using egg yolk or honey.

Mass accumulation in the chest and abdomen, difficulty digesting bitter foods, fullness in the chest and flanks.
Instructions for Use
Take 1 pill per dose, 3 times daily, increasing by 1 pill each day until no further improvement is observed; to induce a purgative effect, take 7 pills at once; the stool will resemble clear lacquer or stale water. For women with lingering lactation disorders or retained fluid, nourish the body after the purgation and avoid drinking cold water. Strong, healthy adults should take 5 pills before meals.
Note
Avoid wild boar meat and asparagus.
