Drug Formulation
1 large river snail, 1 qian of realgar, 1 qian of powdered Gan Sui, and 1 fen of musk.

Processing
First, pound the powdered herbs and the snail into a paste; place the musk on the navel, apply the mixture on top, cover it with a cloth, and secure it tightly.

Effective for all types of abdominal distension, bloating, and difficulty urinating.
Instructions for Use
Remove the poultice once urination flows freely. For severe cases, apply another dose; once urination flows freely, the illness will be cured.
