Drug Formulation

7 black plum flesh, 3 fen of Hundred Herbs Ash, 3–7 apricot kernels (remove skin and tip; grind separately), 2 croton seeds (remove shell and oil), 9 pinellia rhizomes (soaked in boiling water 7 times), and 3–7 cardamom seeds.

Processing

Grind the ingredients into a fine powder, mix thoroughly, and form into pills the size of millet grains using a thin paste.

Instructions for Use

Take 15 pills per dose, increasing to 20 pills if necessary, and swallow with boiled water; ginger tea may also be used. Adjust the number of pills based on the condition’s severity (deficiency or excess). If the condition results from consuming raw or cold foods such as raw fish slices, it may also be taken with Zhongzhong Decoction.
