Instructions for Use

First, simmer the lean lamb meat in 8 bowls of water until reduced by half; remove from heat, swallow the meat with wine while retaining the broth, then add the remaining herbs and simmer until reduced to 1 bowl. Drink while warm. Immediately change into fresh clothes, wrap the head in silk, and a foul-smelling sweat will surely break out; bathe using Schizonepeta Decoction.
