Chinese Name : 清音噙化丸
Drug Formulation
5 qian of Chebulic Myrobalan, 5 qian of Genuine Donkey-hide Gelatin, 5 qian of Asparagus Root (stir-fried with salt water), 5 qian of Anemarrhena Rhizome, 1 liang of Ophiopogon Tuber (core removed), 1 liang of Poria Cocos, 1 liang of Phellodendron Bark (honey-fried), 1 liang of Angelica Root, 1 liang of Raw Rehmannia Root, 1 liang of Prepared Rehmannia Root, 3 qian of Ginseng, 15 pieces of Black Plum Flesh, 1 bowl of human milk, 1 bowl of cow’s milk, 1 bowl of pear juice(Simmer together until a thick paste forms).

Processing
Grind the above ingredients into a fine powder, mix with the paste, and combine with refined honey to form pills the size of a chicken’s head.

For hoarseness caused by damage to lung qi, or hoarseness resulting from a prolonged cough.
Instructions for Use
Take 1 pill at a time; lie on your back and let it dissolve in your mouth. Take 3 pills daily. If made into smaller pills, take 1 qian per dose, washed down with a decoction of chebulic myrobalan or radish broth; this is also effective.
