Chinese Name : 三霜丸
Drug Formulation
Croton seed (peeled; select plump, white, high-quality seeds) 3 qian (grind into a fine powder; first wrap in 20–30 layers of white silk, then securely wrap in white paper; press with a large stone until all oil is extracted; take 2 qian; use the lighter portion), genuine mercury oxide 1 qian, and borax 1 qian.

Processing
Grind the above ingredients into an extremely fine powder. Separately, take 3 qian of high-quality yellow beeswax, boil it in wine for 20–30 boils, then remove it, drain off the wine until clean, and melt it again to mix with the medicine. If wax boiled in wine is available, it may also be used. Mix into a paste and place it in an oiled paper wrapper. When administering, roll into pills the size of small mung beans; for children under 3 years old, make them the size of millet grains.

Instructions for Use
Take 3–5 pills per dose, washed down with warm, boiled water.
