Scutellaria baicalensis 6 liang (use 3 liang in winter), Rheum palmatum 2 liang (use 4 liang in winter, 3 liang in summer), Coptis chinensis 4 liang (use 7 liang in summer, 6 liang in autumn, 2 liang in winter).

Grind the ingredients into a fine powder, mix with refined honey, and form into pills the size of a bean.
