1.5 jin of Cinnamomum cassia twigs, 1 jin of raw and roasted Astragalus root, 2 liang of Atractylodes macrocephala, 1 jin 8 liang of Carica papaya, 1 jin 6 liang of Achyranthes root, 8 liang of sliced turmeric, 2 liang of Angelica sinensis root, 2 liang of Ligusticum chuanxiong, 1 jin of Eucommia bark, 1 jin of Polygonum multiflorum, 2 liang of Aconite root, 4 liang of tiger bone glue,Cinnamon Bark (Rou Gui) 2 liang, Phellodendron Bark (Huang Bai) 2 liang, Lycopodium (Shu Cao) 4 liang, Ginseng (Ren Shen) 2 liang, Perilla (Zi Su) 2 liang, Scutellaria (Tiao Qin) 2 liang, Chinese Yam (Shan Yao) 2 liang, Lotus Seed (Lian Rou) 2 liang, Cornus Fruit (Shan Yu) 2 liang.
