Drug Formulation

2 liang of Stewed Dried Rehmannia, 1 liang of Eupatorium, 3 fen of Angelica sinensis (coarsely chopped, lightly stir-fried), half a liang of Dried Ginger (roasted until cracked, coarsely chopped), half a liang of Corydalis,1 liang of softshell turtle shell (coated with vinegar and roasted until yellow; remove the frills), half a liang of Achyranthes root (remove the stems), 3 fen of Dipsacus root, 3 fen of Aconite root (cracked by roasting; remove the skin and pith), half a liang of White Peony root, half a liang of Wood Fragrance, half a liang of Cinnamon Bark, half a liang of Ligusticum root, 3 fen of Mugwort leaves (lightly roasted),Astragalus root 1 liang (chopped), Schisandra berries 3 fen, Amalaki fruit 3 fen, Ligusticum root half a liang, Peony root 1 liang, Poria cocos 3 fen, Cypress seed 1 liang, Dioscorea root 3 fen,Dragon Bone 3 fen, Licorice half liang (roasted until slightly reddish, coarsely chopped), Eucommia Bark 3 fen (rough outer bark removed, roasted until slightly yellow, coarsely chopped), Cnidium Fruit 3 fen, White Atractylodes 3 fen, Evodia Fruit half liang (soaked in boiling water 7 times, dried in an oven, lightly roasted), Peach Kernel half liang (soaked in boiling water to remove skin, tip, and double kernels, then stir-fried with wheat bran until slightly yellow).
