Take a sip of fresh ginger juice, grind the ingredients into a paste, then mix in honey wine and take it with warm wine. For chronic soft paralysis, one must stay in a warm, draft-free room and soak the affected area in a decoction of sweet rice lees, scallions, and Sichuan pepper until the affected area begins to sweat; then take one pill. For those who have suffered from this condition for many years, it is best to first apply a magpie’s nest heated over a fire to the affected area until the heat penetrates thoroughly before taking this medicine.
