Drug Formulation
1 liang Ophiopogon tuber, 2 qian Coptis rhizome, 5 qian raw jujube seeds, 1 liang prepared Rehmannia root, 3 qian Salvia root, 3 qian Poria sclerotium.

Instructions for Use
Decoct in water and take. The tinnitus ceases after 2 doses and does not recur after 4 doses.
