Drug Formulation
80 beans of fermented soybeans (roasted until golden-brown), half a liang of soybeans (roasted until golden-brown, hulls removed), 1 fen of Coptis (stems removed), 1 fen of sodium carbonate, 7 fen of cucumber (roasted with vinegar until charred), and 20 croton seeds (hulls removed, roasted with wheat bran until aromatic oil is released).

Processing
Grind the above ingredients into a fine powder, add 1 fen of melted wax, and mix with refined honey to form pills the size of a millet seed.

For children with bloody and purulent diarrhea accompanied by persistent fever and chills.
Instructions for Use
Infants under 100–200 days old should take 2 pills per dose; children aged 1–2 years should take about 5 pills per dose; children aged 3–4 years should take 7 pills per dose. Take on an empty stomach with rice water.
