Drug Formulation

6 liang of Angelica sinensis, 6 liang of Trichosanthes root, 6 liang of dried Rehmannia root, 6 liang of licorice,6 liang Sichuan pepper, 7 he Pinellia, 4 liang Cinnamon bark, 4 liang Ligusticum, 4 liang Asarum, 4 liang Aconite, 1.5 liang Scutellaria, 1.5 liang Platycodon, 1.5 liang Aconite root, 1.5 liang Lepidium, 1.5 liang Soapberry, 3 liang Magnolia bark, 3 liang Aconite,3 liang of Mangcao, 3 liang of Dried Ginger, 3 liang of Ginseng, 3 liang of Coptis, 3 liang of Mistletoe, 3 liang of Dipsacus, 3 liang of Rock Salt, 2 fen of Wild Pueraria, 6 sheng of Raw Bamboo Shavings, 20 seeds of Croton, 1 liang of Heather, 1 liang of Apricot Kernels, 3 dou of Pork Fat, and 1 dou 6 sheng of Vinegar.

Processing

Soak in vinegar overnight, then simmer over low heat with pork fat, raising and lowering the heat three times each, until the ointment is formed.

Instructions for Use

For internal ailments, take a dose the size of half a jujube with wine; for external ailments, rub the affected area three times a day.
