Drug Formulation
Stiff Silkworm (roasted, silk removed) half liang, Earthworm (cleaned of soil) 2 liang (net weight), Whole Scorpions 14 (tails and tips removed), Pangolin Scale (toasted over fire) half liang, Black Mung Beans 22, Red-Footed Centipede (with a golden head) 1, Aconite Root (raw, tips and skin removed) half liang.

Processing
Grind the ingredients into a fine powder; mix with glutinous rice vinegar to form a paste, then roll into pills the size of mung beans.

Instructions for Use
On the day symptoms appear, take 15 pills each time, washed down with musk wine. Before bedtime, mix wall soil and fragrant white angelica root into a powder, mix with cold water, and apply to the painful area; rice vinegar is especially effective. After taking the medicine, wait until you have walked 4–5 li, then drink a decoction of Schizonepeta tea with 1 qian of the medicine; you may then engage in sexual activity without restriction.
