Half liang of wild kudzu, half liang of peony root, half liang of leek white, half liang of akebia, 3 fen of angelica root, 1 fen of aconite root.

Instructions for Use

Soak in vinegar for half a day. First, simmer 8 he of lard until smoke rises, then add half liang of unkempt hair and let it dissolve completely. Remove from heat and let cool until no longer hot, then add 2 liang of pine resin and half liang of beeswax. Return to the heat and mix thoroughly, then add the remaining herbs and bring to a boil. Bring to a boil and remove from heat three times, strain out the residue, and let cool. Wash an old piece of cloth to remove dirt, apply the mixture to the swollen area, and replace it when dry.The unkempt hair must be thoroughly washed to remove impurities; otherwise, it will cause the sore to ache.
