Dried ginger 3 liang, Poria 3 liang, Atractylodes macrocephala 8 liang, Zhi Shi 4 pieces (roasted).

Grind the ingredients into a fine powder, mix with refined honey to form pills the size of a Paulownia seed.

Instructions for Use
Take 5 pills per dose, three times daily, gradually increasing the dose.
Note
Avoid peaches, plums, sparrow meat, strong vinegar, and raw or cold foods.
