1 liang Prepared Rehmannia (washed with wine), 1 liang Angelica sinensis (washed with wine), 1 liang Achyranthes root (roasted),Poria (wood removed) 1 liang, Atractylodes macrocephala 1 liang, Chinese yam 1 liang, White peony root (roasted) 1 liang, Tangerine peel (washed) 1 liang, Goji berries 1 liang, Schisandra berries 4 fen, Anemarrhena rhizome (roasted), Phellodendron bark (honey-roasted), and Cornus fruit (pitted) 1 liang.
