Drug Formulation

1 liang of Angelica dahurica, 1 liang of Agastache leaves (fresh, thoroughly washed), 1 liang of Phellodendron leaves, 1 liang of Aquilaria wood (unroasted), 1 liang of Osmanthus flowers (unroasted), 1 liang of Cyperus rhizome (hairs removed, thoroughly washed), 1 liang of Atractylodes (thoroughly washed), 1 liang of Cloves (unroasted),1 liang of chicken-heart areca nut, 1 liang of white cardamom seeds, 3 qian of dried elm tangerine (pitted), and half a qian of angelica root (stem removed, washed, soaked in wine overnight, and dried in an oven).

Grind the above ingredients into a fine powder and form into pills the size of a chicken’s head using licorice paste.
