Drug Formulation
Aconite Root (roasted until cracked, peel and pith removed) 1 fen; Asafoetida (mixed with vinegar-dissolved flour into cakes, then roasted over low heat) 1 fen; Sulfur (ground) half liang; Polygala (core removed) half liang; Agarwood half liang; Areca Nut (roasted, chopped) 2 pieces,Frankincense half liang, Green tangerine peel (soaked in hot water, white pith removed, and baked) half liang, Sichuan pepper (seeds and stems removed, stir-fried until red) half liang, Dried ginger (roasted) half liang, Fennel seeds (stir-fried) half liang, Peach kernels (skin and tip removed, double kernels separated, stir-fried) half liang.

Processing
Grind the above ingredients into a fine powder; mix with wine-cooked flour to form pills the size of a paulownia seed, and coat them with cinnabar.

Take 15–20 pills per dose, washed down with warm wine or salted broth before meals.
