3 qian of Ophiopogon tuber, 3 qian of Ginseng, 5 qian of Tangerine Peel, 5 qian of Fried Licorice, 5 qian of Platycodon root, and 21 Schisandra berries.

Processing
Grind the ingredients into a fine powder; mix with water-soaked oil cakes to form pills the size of a water caltrop.
