Half liang of Aconite, half liang of Fangfeng, half liang of Gaoben, half liang of Rhubarb, half liang of White Angelica, half liang of Angelica sinensis, half liang of Kusan, half liang of Raw Rehmannia, half liang of Scrophularia, half liang of Frankincense, half liang of Myrrh, 25 seeds of Trichosanthes, 200 castor beans (shelled), 10 jin of Soapberry, 4 liang of tung oil,Rosin (12 liang in spring, 18 liang in summer, 11 liang in fall, 10 liang in winter).

For men and women suffering from rheumatic pain or beriberi, apply to the affected area; for coughs caused by wind-cold, apply to the center of the back; for lower back pain caused by wind-cold, apply to the lower back; for swollen eyes, apply to the Taiyang acupoint; for chest pain due to qi stagnation, apply to the “fish tail” area; for various types of pain, including chest pain from blows, falls, or strains, boils, abscesses, and toxic swellings, as well as sores on the buttocks caused by caning, apply to the affected area.
