Drug Formulation

1 liang of purified Coptis, half a liang of Cnidium monnieri (dust and soil removed), 2.5 qian of gallnut (internal insect debris removed), and 15 tie of mercury oxide.

Processing

Dry the first three ingredients in the sun and grind them into a fine powder; then place them in a mortar with the mercury oxide and pound until evenly mixed.

Instructions for Use

First, boil water with Schizonepeta and green onions, then let it cool. Wash the affected area thoroughly, pat dry, and apply the medicine. Use 2–3 qian per application, dilute with clear oil, and apply to the affected areas.
