Nanxing 4 qian, Sichuan Rhubarb 4 qian, Peach Kernel 4 qian, Qianghuo 4 qian, Pinellia 4 qian, Aconite Root (raw) 4 qian, Sichuan Aconite 4 qian, Safflower 4 qian, Du Huo 4 qian, Angelica 4 qian.

Processing
Use 1 jin of genuine sesame oil; for every 1 jin of herbs, add 1 liang of fresh ginger, 10 scallion whites, and a clump of human hair. Simmer all ingredients together until the mixture turns charred and black. Strain out the residue. Then add 1 jin of Guangxi rosin to the filtered clear oil and simmer again until the mixture begins to bubble like walnut kernels. First, add 2 liang of toseng powder, then slowly add half a jin of sulfur powder.When adding these two ingredients, sprinkle them in slowly; do not add too much too quickly. The consistency should be such that a drop of the mixture forms a distinct bead when dropped into water. Pour this ointment into water to remove the heat toxicity.
