Angelica sinensis (chopped, stir-fried), myrrh, Asclepias javanica seeds (stir-fried until black), dried ginger (roasted), Atractylodes lancea (stir-fried until yellow), Paeonia lactiflora, prepared Rehmannia glutinosa, and Ligusticum chuanxiong—all in equal parts.
