Chinese Name : 杏灵丸
Drug Formulation
Cinnabar 2 qian (ground separately), Pinellia 0.5 liang (washed in hot water to remove slipperiness), Wulingzhi 1 liang (lightly roasted; grind these two ingredients into powder), Sweet Shepherd’s Purse 0.5 liang (roasted through paper), Apricot Kernels 0.5 liang (soaked in hot water, remove skin and tips, then roasted with clam powder).

Processing
Pound the sweet shepherd’s purse and apricot kernels separately into a paste, then grind them together until uniform. Boil a paste made from wheat flour with the natural juice of fresh ginger, and form it into pills the size of millet grains.

Instructions for Use
Take 10 pills at a time, washed down with warm ginger tea, at any time of day.
